Meadowbrook Animal Clinic in Southeast Edmonton’s Millwoods neighbourhood is your pet’s home away from home for full-spectrum veterinary care, combining state-of-the-art diagnostics—everything from on-site lab work and digital X-rays to specialized outside-lab collaborations—with in-hospital surgery, dental services and a fully stocked pharmacy, all under one roof.

Meadowbrook Animal Clinic strongly recommends microchipping, a safe and affordable solution with a 94% success rate for reuniting lost pets with their owners.

Our Team

Dr Art - Meadowbrook

Dr. Art Cegielski (Founding Veterinarian)

Graduated from the Veterinary College in Lublin, Poland, in 1986, later moving to Canada where he worked at the University of Alberta and earned his Canadian DVM accreditation in 1998. He has since practiced as a companion animal veterinarian, specializing in preventive medicine and soft tissue surgery. Married for 30 years with two daughters, he owns two Boston Terriers and a cat. An avid photographer, Dr. Art enjoys hiking and took all the photos on his clinic’s website.

Dr. Jaret Bogdan (on sick leave)

Earned his veterinary degree from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000 after studying Microbiology at the University of Saskatchewan and working in research. With experience in general practice and emergency care, he specializes in small animal medicine, endocrinology, and microbiology. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys cycling and skiing while spending most of his free time with his wife and two children. Dr. Bogdan looks forward to meeting you and your pets.
